Something which has been on our 'Wish List' for quite some time in order to help reduce our running (electricity) costs is Solar Heating. At the time of newsletter production, a series of solar hot water heaters are being installed around the Matthew Rusike community! The equipment has been donated through the Australian High Commission, as a result of a project proposal put together by the home and support from members of the Qantas Cabin Crew Team. It is exciting seeing such a significant item on our wish list becoming a reality!! We extend our sincere gratitude to all who have been involved in supporting us throughout the planning and implementation of this project.
